Best Eggplant Parm in New York — Top 25 Ranked

Best Eggplant Parm in New York

New York is where the dish became what it is, in the red-sauce kitchens of the five boroughs, and the tradition runs upstate through Utica, Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo.

This is the top 25 from the 18 New York areas we track (New York, NY; Brooklyn, NY; Queens, NY; Bronx, NY; Staten Island, NY; Pearl River, NY; Buffalo, NY; Rochester, NY; Albany, NY; Utica, NY; Yonkers, NY; Little Italy, Manhattan, NY; East Village, Manhattan, NY; Midtown, Manhattan, NY; Upper West Side, Manhattan, NY; Astoria, Queens, NY; Ridgewood, Queens, NY; Howard Beach, Queens, NY), each searched to a 10-mile radius, plus every restaurant within 10 miles of them that we've scored in the last 30 days. Every restaurant here has reviewers mentioning the eggplant parm by name. It is not a full survey of the state: if your town is missing, search it and it gets the same ranking.
