Best Eggplant Parm in New Jersey — Top 24 Ranked

Best Eggplant Parm in New Jersey

New Jersey may be the most parm-literate state in the country. Every town has a pizzeria that does a parm sub and a red-sauce room that does the dinner, and everyone has a strong opinion about which is best.

This is the top 24 from the 14 New Jersey areas we track (Jersey City, NJ; Hoboken, NJ; Newark, NJ; Paramus, NJ; Fort Lee, NJ; Edison, NJ; Cherry Hill, NJ; Montclair, NJ; Morristown, NJ; Red Bank, NJ; Toms River, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Hamilton, NJ; Atlantic City, NJ), each searched to a 10-mile radius, plus every restaurant within 10 miles of them that we've scored in the last 30 days. Every restaurant here has reviewers mentioning the eggplant parm by name. It is not a full survey of the state: if your town is missing, search it and it gets the same ranking.
